The TST200 E-Axle Dyno Drive features a modular inverter architecture with full energy regeneration, efficiently returning power to the three-phase grid. Designed to support Asynchronous Induction, Synchronous Permanent Magnet, and Internal Permanent Magnet motors, it eliminates the need for a traditional current-loop setup, enabling seamless and precise operation. The system is powered by IGBTs with a switching frequency of up to 30kHz, ensuring high-speed motor compatibility while minimizing harmonic distortion and power losses​. With an acceleration rate of up to 300,000 rpm/sec, the TST200 provides real-world load resistance simulation, making it ideal for aggressive launch scenarios, motoring, hill climbs, and throttle variation tests.
